World’s largest Mobile Electronics sourcing show opens today
With Asia’s largest charging products pavilion

HONG KONG, April 18, 2019 Global Sources Mobile Electronics sourcing show opens today at Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld-Expo. Across 3,600 booths, the show features the latest smartphones & tablets, AR/VR/MR, wearable electronics, mobile speakers & headphones, and mobile accessories that include cases & covers, power banks, and wireless charging products, and repair equipment, materials & services.

Key highlights at this April’s Global Sources Mobile Electronics show:

•   eBay and Global Sources – strategic partners
 For the first time, eBay, one of the world's leading e-commerce platforms, is participating in the Global Sources shows as an exhibitor, with Global Sources offering tailor-made workshops, guided tours and networking events. On April 18 and 19, around 50 eBay top sellers are set to attend the show to carry out sourcing activities.
•  Asia’s largest charging products pavilion
 With more than 100 suppliers and 400 booths at Halls 9 and 11, the Charging Power Hall offers products such as chargers for mobile phone, automotive and other devices, and different types of charging cables. A total of 99 popular charging products from 66 exhibitors are being featured in the Charging Products Showcase. E-Cool Media is collaborating with Global Sources to create for the first time a special quick charging and wireless charging exhibition area for buyers to experience.

Other highlights include:

•  Hall of Fame: An assembly of renowned suppliers of mobile products, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, charging products and speakers.
•  Mobile Accessories Carnival: Festive samba music will entertain buyers at a 150-booth zone featuring the trendiest accessories.

Asia's largest hardware and retail solutions startup exhibition
Startup Launchpad is the leading sourcing platform that brings together hardware/retail-readied startups and leading online/physical retailers in the global distribution process. Startup Launchpad, which is co-located with the Mobile Electronics Show, includes 200 startups from 20 countries and regions who are showcasing their innovative electronic products, including IoT, artificial intelligence, health technology, smart home, 3D printing, wearables and VR/AR. Ninebot, Ubisoft and other well-known companies are expected to attend.
