The Accounts Manager will liaise with business manager on a daily operation and assist business units in reviewing budget management in Shenzhen. He/she will assist the Senior Accountant to set directives and implement internal control on the audibility of the subsidiary in Shenzhen for group auditing purpose. This includes planning, review work schedule, supervise, train and appraise performance of the accounting staff. Candidate will ensure timely completion of financial and management reports.
Qualified candidate must be a college-degree holder with five years experience in accounting field, including two to three years in management in a multicultural company. Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for establishing a partnership with Business Units and adding value in the definition, analysis and translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the planning of the business requirements gathering phase and document project business requirements, in accordance with approved methodologies and standards.
- Liaise with business users and add value to them in defining and articulating business requirements, facilitating the analysis of technical options pertaining to the resolution.

Requirements:

Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development:
- Determines appropriate government bodies in charge of exhibition promotions/trade relations in the respective cities/provinces where IIC is hosted/future hosted
- Builds appropriate relations with local government bodies and associations of engineers for their participation in the event, as well to encourage potential local exhibitors' participation
- Assists in developing sales channels and determine appropriate sales follow-up
- Builds appropriate relations with potential exhibitor components/semiconductor associations
- Relationship Exploration:
- Assists management for plotting vision and strategies in developing IIC, extending to future areas
- Identifies and secure potential sales agents, trade associations and government bodies
- Identifies opportunities/potential relationships outside of existing IIC venues, where business opportunities may be pursued (i.e. India) and makes recommendations to Management
- Others:
- Follows up on execution of eDMs/PrintDMs, online registration, specialized micro site locations
- Maintains legal, sales, commission and administration records for all IIC partners
- Provides onsite Event Service for both visitor and exhibitor
- Makes reports to keep management informed the progress
- Provides PR support by sharing content coverage by Corporate PR to local governments and associations
Requirements:
- Graduate or above in related subjects: business, marketing
- 5+ years experience in event management
- 3+ years experience in engaging government bodies/associations
- Excellent in relationship management, as well in project management
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Chinese language
- Strong initiative and drive to succeed, can-do attitude

Responsibilities:
