To initiate, propose and sell exhibition booths and related marketing services for our industry-leading events.

Qualified candidates should have a sound academic background and a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience and successful sales record in closing business deals. Knowledge of trade show industry is advantageous. Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese, being persuasive, independent, highly motivated and results oriented are mandatory.

Develop and drive the designated trade show(s) to be one of the leading professional events in the world and be a substantial and sustainable revenue contributor to the business unit / the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales targets of the show(s) and ensure collections.
  • Suggest and conduct group selling activities.
  • Propose and implement sales incentive scheme as when needed.
  • Plan and recommend the hiring, training, and developing Sales, Supervisors, and Sales Managers to meet the mid-term sales plan.

Assistant Manager, Research & Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions and Alliances:
    • Study / keep track on the latest development of show organizers, markets, and industries so as to generate leads to bring in partners to meet with growth strategies and targets of ours sourcing fair and the company as a whole.
    • Establish rapport and maintain needed dialogue with business partners.
    • Preparation for business negotiation.

Corporate iSPS Manager, Administration & Management (Shenzhen-based)
Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall activities of iSPS team in SZ;
  • Supervise the team to support daily iSPS operations including data extraction, data cleaning and validation process to improve data quality;
